☆ Please read before commissioning ☆
By commissioning me you are hereby aware of this information, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
I accept payments only through PayPal via Invoice or Canadian e-Transfer.
Price currency is calculated in CA$ (Canadian Dollar).
Total price is charged per character.
I do not start drawing until you pay, but please only pay after I tell you too.
I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission for whatever reason before any payments have been exchanged.
Refrain from giving me exact deadlines, please. (My activity for art is extremely varied and I tend to get busy a lot.) It can take me days, weeks, or months for me to finish depending on circumstances, so please be patient.
I will, however, show my progress whenever asked. I will also do check-ins and show you each step of the process (sketch, line-art, etc.) as I finish them, and ask if changes are needed to ensure the commission is to your liking.
Refunds can be done anytime before the completion of the colouring, and the amount given back will depend on how much of the commission has been completed.
I also have the right to cancel the commission anytime, although refunds will be sent with the amount depending on the progress done on the commission.
If you want me to draw someone else’s OC, please get the other creators permission first before you ask me to draw them.
I may or may not post the finished illustration on my social media, if you desire it not to be shown publicly on those platforms please inform me.
Major changes can only be done during the sketching stage, after that only minor ones can be requested after the line art step and onwards.
After the drawing is done I do ask if small changes are needed, but I will not do drastic edits that would change the whole drawing or refunds at this point.
I may change prices in the future.
You can do anything you want with the art after it's completed as long as it's for personal non-commercial use, but please credit me or leave my watermark on the artwork if you decide to share it elsewhere.
You may not use my artwork for any purposes related to Non-fungible tokens (NFT's) or AI learning.
